2. One-Time Alerts

  • Eligibility for Refund: Refunds for one-time alerts are generally not available once the alert has been set and delivered. This is because the service has been fulfilled as agreed upon at the time of purchase.
  • Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally purchased a block of one-time alerts or purchased more than intended, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your request and, if eligible, provide a full refund or adjust your purchase accordingly.
  • Non-Prorated Refunds: One-time alerts purchased in blocks (e.g., 10 or 20 alerts) are not eligible for prorated refunds. If you have used any portion of a block, the remaining alerts cannot be refunded. Alerts expire 6 months after the time of purchase and will not be refunded or extended if unused.

3. Subscription Plans

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to your alerts and services until the end of your current billing cycle. No further charges will be made.
  • Eligibility for Refund:
    • Monthly Subscriptions: Refunds are not available for monthly subscription plans. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
    • Annual Subscriptions: If you cancel within the first 14 days of your annual subscription, you are eligible for a prorated refund. After 14 days, refunds are not available, but you can cancel at any time to stop future renewals.
    • Accidental Purchases: If you accidentally subscribed to a plan, please contact us within 24 hours. We will review your request and provide a refund or downgrade your plan as appropriate.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us within 7 days of the issue. Please include a detailed explanation of the issue.

5. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.
